You can save all the changes made to NimbleX, from browser history to new modules and desktop customization, and it is pretty simple.

This is how it is done.

Tools and Materials
1. Free space on a non NTFS partition on the hard drive, usb stick, zip drive, etc.
2. The file nimblex.data (from the compressed file extractme.zip)

Procedure
1. Extract the nimblex.data file to a partition with enough space.
2. Reboot and in the menu, add the code
Code:
changes=nimblex.data

your changes will be saved Very Happy

Note: The bigger the nimblex.data file, the more changes you'll be able to save.

N.B. The previous version of this tutorial had several errors, now corrected. Thank you Bogdan.

For newer versions of NimbleX the nimblex.data file is created by the wizard in K Menu > System > Save in NimbleX
